PropPulse (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) is a property marketplace developed under Data Pulse Ltd, a Ugandan-registered and managed company with an international engineering and executive team. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use PropPulse.

By accessing or using PropPulse, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide a safe, accurate, and trusted real estate marketplace. This includes:

  • Agent verification information such as licenses or AREA–Uganda membership numbers.
  • Property listing data including title numbers, descriptions, photos, and location.
  • Communications sent through the platform.
  • Device data, IP address, cookies, and usage analytics.
  • Information from partners such as AREA–Uganda, lenders, or government entities with your permission.

We do not access confidential government land records. Title numbers provided by users are used strictly for verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Verify professional identities.
  • Display listings and connect users with trusted professionals.
  • Improve accuracy, reduce fraud, and enhance platform safety.
  • Provide tools such as calculators and search services.

PropPulse processes personal data in accordance with laws of the Republic of Uganda, including:

  • The Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019

  • The Computer Misuse Act, 2011

  • With service providers including EvvoLabs Singapore, hosting firms, or payment processors.
  • With regulators or government authorities when required by law.

We never sell personal data.
